The Strategy
Throughout our coaching experience we will highlight your current strengths, uncover your growth opportunities, and build an arsenal of tools that will foster your development independence.
This is completed through a maximum of 6 sessions. We always begin with an intake session to establish your goals and design your coaching plan. If you decide to continue, you will follow-up personalized conversations with a recap session providing you with themes, conclusions, and actionable next steps.

Intake & Goal-Setting
This session introduces you to the career coaching journey. You’ll experience a guided self-reflection activity that provides you with insights around motivation and your personal success criteria.
The result of this conversation is a coaching plan individualized to your development needs. We decide together on your next steps.

Bespoke Conversations
The sessions following our intake are custom explorations of your abilities and growth opportunities. Through pre-work, discussion, post-work, and supportive external resources, we establish tangible action items that leverage your strengths and elevate your skills.
$120 per session | min: 2, max: 5

My background is in Instructional Design and adult learning methodologies. During intake, the self-reflection activity introduces me to you, your goals, and your opportunities.
As we work together, I translate your answers into discussion themes. By the end of our initial session, we refine and align on your growth opportunities together so that we only cover topics directly relevant to you.

Conducting an intake followed by only one coaching session is an incomplete experience. Clients need time to process self-discovery, practice new behaviors, and plan for long-term change integration.
The first session is a themed discussion. The second session, or the last session after more than one conversation, is a debrief, recap, and call to action.

I strongly believe that coaches should not foster dependency.
An ideal and well-rounded coaching experience begins with intake, focuses on 4 major development themes, and ends with action items that welcome healthy change. New skills need to be tested and practiced so that next level opportunities are uncovered; that’s when we reunite and collaborate again.

At intake, I create a Miro board that is shared between myself and my client for the duration of coaching. At the end of the experience, I provide an image of the final virtual white board so that discussion notes and resources are saved.
