Hi, I’m Dia. I’m a people manager, process developer, and creative problem solver, and I’m so glad you’re here.

In 2008, I began a 13-year career with Apple, authoring internal training content, designing support operations for new products, and developing the future of financial servicing, doing everything from coordinating global onboarding programs for Apple Retail to launching the UI integrated support experience for Apple Card. In 2021, I packed up my Silicon Valley tech industry expertise and accepted a senior management position in Digital Imaging Experience and Engagement at Adobe, where I now strategize end-to-end journey and customer enablement across the Imaging, Photography, and Pro Design business categories. I lead a team of content developers, community strategists, and social response consultants who collaborate with product engineering to improve performance and increase engagement in our digital imaging software suite.

After earning an MBA from The Raymond A. Mason School of Business during the pandemic and spending 15+ years supporting products, programs, and new initiatives, I realized that the only thing worth investing in are people. Now, I’ve been harnessing my passion and unpacking business problems to find their people-centric solutions in my podcast Everything Is A People Problem and through personalized career coaching. We are a population of knowledge workers who have been told to value quantity over quality and willingly imbalance work against life, but that’s not healthy nor sustainable, so it’s time to find a new solution.
